Guided by a profound mission of the heart, Julie accompanies people on the sacred path of returning to themselves. Through a gentle and caring presence, she invites each person to reconnect with their essence, to rediscover that inner space of calm, love, and peace.
Mother of a wonderful little girl—who is both her inspiration and her greatest teacher—Julie embodies tenderness, attentiveness, and light in everything she offers. It was through her own inner journey, marked by anxiety, stress, feelings of disconnection, and several physical conditions, that she opened the doors to profound transformation. From these trials was born a sincere quest: to find herself, in order to better guide others toward their own inner light.
This path has led her to train with dedication and love: more than 400 hours as a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner (Level 1), physical instructor, breathwork facilitator (in progress), and naturotherapist in quantum care.
Today, Julie offers much more than just care. She creates gentle and sacred spaces, cocoons of listening and transformation, where every soul can safely find refuge. Her approach is intuitive, sensitive, and humane—an outstretched hand to those who wish to liberate themselves, realign, and rediscover their full inner power.
