Through my services, I accompany you on a journey back to yourself, to your deep essence, where peace, light and inner well-being reside.
My approach is holistic and vibrational, gentle and filled with love. It is rooted in a unified vision of the human being: body, soul, and energy. I deeply believe that each person holds within themselves the keys to their well-being and fulfillment. My role is to co-create a sacred space where you can reconnect with this inner truth.
Weather it's with quantum care or breathwork and/or conscious movements, I invite you to slow down, listen and feel.
Each practice becomes a portal to greater clarity, alignment, and inner freedom.
It is an intuitive approach, rooted in the present moment, which adapts to your vibration, your energy, to what needs to be seen, welcomed, released.
What I am offering you is not just simple techniques, but a profound inner experience.
A return to the simplicity of Being, to the guidance of the heart, to the connection with that which transcends us and unites us all.


Breathwork facilitator

I am currently doing an internship, so I am offering free 60-minute online sessions via Zoom.
To breathe is to live. But you have to breathe properly.
Through mindful breathing techniques and somatic practices, learn to soothe your nervous system, calm stress, and embrace burdens without judgment.

Conscious movement
A space to reconnect with yourself in your body through movement. A movement session, accessible to all levels, that can combine gentle postures, more challenging postures, arm/hand balances, stretches and grounding.
They allow you to reconnect with your physical sensations, to move energies (Prana) and to develop better mobility, flexibility and physical and mental strength.....
